Thinking about what your Thinking about

27 11 2008

Many times we take things for granted. It is funny I happen to be writing on this topic on Thanksgiving eve. Taking things for granted often reflects the way most of us live the way most of us think. Let me remind you that “thinking” is no passive activity.  Thinking is a verb and we are always thinking.  Our brain chemistry is in constant motion (we can’t really know whats going on until we see that brain motion in action in our behavior.  Most of us take thinking for granted and therefore never really think about what we are thinking about.  And for most of us, if we think about what we are thinking about, usually its just in passing.  Thinking about what we think about is thought worthy.  Wondering of what one  is thinking about however is kind of “spooky at a distance.”
